Copiah County School District Comprehensive Needs Assessment Survey
Every year the Office of Federal Programs at the Copiah County School District asks parents, students and school staff to help us out by completing a Consolidated Federal Programs Needs Assessment Survey. The data from this survey is used in the decision-making on how best to spend Consolidated Federal Programs funding. Therefore, your input is essential. Please go to the district website, which is CCSD Needs Assessment Survey, to complete the Consolidated Federal Programs Needs Assessment Survey for Parents. The survey will take less than five minutes to complete. If you do not have access to the internet, computers are available at the following locations: Crystal Springs Elementary School, Crystal Springs Middle School, Crystal Springs High School, Wesson Attendance Center, the local libraries and the Family Resource Center in Crystal Springs. You may also request a copy of this survey from the school.
