Ivory Gray, Principal


    Mr. Gray is Principal at Crystal Springs Middle School. He is a dedicated educator with fifteen years of experience in education. His dedication to student achievement has been a lifelong commitment. He started his educational career teaching sixth grade and spent eight years teaching students at the middle school level. For the last four years, he has been supporting students, families, and stakeholders as the Assistant Principal at Bolton Edwards Elementary Middle School. Mr. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Jackson State University, Master's in Educational Leadership from Mississippi College, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Mississippi College.  Gray’s educational background and personal experiences have helped shape his philosophy of education.  Mr. Gray believes that all practitioners in every spectrum in education must contribute to the creation of school environments where various cultures of students overcome challenges to be viewed as assets to become productive stewards of society.”
