Dear Parents,

Every year the Office of Federal Programs at the Copiah County School District asks parents, community members, students and school staff to help us by completing a Consolidated Federal Programs Comprehensive Needs Assessment Survey. The data from this survey is used in the decision-making on how best to spend Consolidated Federal Programs funding. Therefore, your input is essential.

You can complete the 2025 Consolidated Federal Programs Needs Assessment Survey by going to the district website, which is www.copiah.ms, or by using the QR code on the flyer. The survey will take less than five minutes to complete. If you do not have access to the internet or a smart phone, computers are available at the following locations: Crystal Springs Elementary School, Crystal Springs Middle School, Crystal Springs High School, Wesson Attendance Center and the local libraries. You may also request a copy of this survey from the school.

Thank you in advance for your help.
